A Therapeutic Massage is a personalized treatment tailored to all your needs! Whether your looking to destress & relax to finding relief in those areas holding pain or tension- I am here to help. Using various techniques including LomiLomi, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release I will attentively address all the needs of your body.

A Reiki session will explore the mind, body and soul connection. We come into this world with a plentiful amount of chi (mana or life force energy) but through the stressors of daily life we can actually disrupt the flow of this energy. Through this practice the energy body is replenished so the mind, body and soul experience wellness. Returning to an aligned harmonious state within the body with a sense of peace, alignment, and recharging of ones energy!

A Reiki Massage blends the two modalities of Reiki & Massage for an energetic and physical healing session. In this treatment style I approach the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual body and the connection between them. I use therapeutic massage to release tension/pain held within the muscles and tissues while incorporating Reiki to release any emotions or energy being stored. Through this combination there is an increase in vitality, alignment, energy circulating the body, and deep relaxation
